2. What personal data we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• The service you are enquiring about
• Any information you include in your message

We do not collect health data through this website. Any clinical or health information is collected in person, at the clinic, under separate, specific consent and applicable healthcare confidentiality rules.

3. Why we process this data, and on what legal basis

We process the data you submit through the contact form for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to proceed, to arrange your consultation. The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent checkbox before submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We do not use this data for marketing communications unless you separately and explicitly opt in to receive them.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to you and, where you become a patient, in line with the retention periods required for clinical and administrative records under applicable Spanish healthcare regulation. Enquiries that do not lead to treatment are deleted after a reasonable period, and in any case no longer than is necessary for the purpose collected.

5. Who your data is shared with

Your enquiry is sent to the clinic’s contact form processor (Formspree) purely to deliver the message to us, and is not used by that processor for any other purpose. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
